KD 3 PORTER SERVICE


The last basic competency of porter service is provide bell service, through observing you on the practice/exercise and exam or by questioning, we will determine if you are able to:

1.      Follow procedures to deliver guest mail, messages and wake-up calls.
2.      Use the paging system.
3.      Order a taxi for a guest.
4.      Issue a safety deposit box.
5.      Prioiritise urgent requests.
6.      Compile information directories.
7.      Describe establishment policy on tipping.
8.      Operate a range of communication equipment, including the paging      
      system, a facsimile, the computer and telephone.
