Porter Service Practice KD 1 XII AP

At The Main Entrance

A couple guest arrive from Jakarta to edotel jasmine hotel by taxi. They bring a suitcase and a briefcase.
The Doorman help the guest out of the taxi by holding the door open for them, and then welcome the arriving guest.
Doorman                   Good afternoon sir, welcome to edotel jasmine hotel
                                 ..............................Mind your head sir,
                                 This is the first time for you to stay in our hotel?
Guest                        Yes, thank you
Doorman                Do you have any luggage with you sir? Maybe our bellboy would help you to bring your luggage
Guest                        Thank you very much; we have two in taxi’s baggage
Before the Doorman closes the taxi’s door, he remind guest maybe anything left the guest’s belong behind them.
Doorman                  Anything left behind you sir?
Guest                        Oh, thank you to remind us, there is nothing left behind us
The Doorman closes the taxi’s door carefully and calls the bellboy to unload the guest’s luggage from the taxi’s baggage.
Doorman                   Bellboy…..

Bellboy comes to Doorman and asking what he must to do

Doorman                  Could you take the guest’s luggage from the taxi’s baggage?
Bellboy                      Certainly

Bellboy takes the luggage from the taxi’s baggage carefully to avoid damage, and then place the luggage at a safe place at the main entrance and ask the guests to check their luggage.

Bellboy                     Could you check your luggage sir?
                                 They are two and no damage, aren't they?
Guest                        Yes, that is right
Bellboy carries the luggage to the lobby (If the doors do not open automatically, always be sure to hold the door open for guest) and let the guest first
